MY STORY 

MartinJamesPT was created to provide a simple but highly effective method of training and eating in a world that has so much conflicting poor quality information and BS.

HOW I WORK 

It is our opinion that clients are not usually consistency or dedicated enough to get the results they desire. So we consider progressive programs that manage training volume, frequency and intensity, to ensure that your personal long term training or body goal is achieved. 
 

TRAINING 

We build and plan each training and nutrition schedule around your own personal starting point. We figure out what it is you desire, then we will work out what is the best and most efficient route to get there together. 

NUTRITION 

Clients almost never really support their training with the right nutrition to progress. Without focussing on the correct energy balance, macronutrients, nutrient timing and quality of the foods consumed, you will not create the right conditions to gain muscle and lose fat. 

CONSISTENCY 

In your training and in your nutrition is key. If you follow your diet for four days a week, but eat however you like at the weekend then you will struggle to reach your goals. 

FLEXIBILITY 

Our training nutrition plans are constructed so you can train and achieve your goals regardless of your age, sex, limitations or previous experience.
