Ju Jitsu & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is practiced by millions of people around the globe today, it’s huge popularity was originally due to its practical and useful applications and its fascinating theories and philosophies. 
 
Training in any martial art and especially Ju Jitsu & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will give you an infinite collection of combat skills. We teach numerous proven techniques that cover all the aspects of combat & self-defence. From learning about the physical structure of the human body and how postures, your based and your stance can affect your movement and lines of strength and power right through to being able to fight off your back on the floor. 
 
One to One martial arts tuition is the perfect and fastest way to improve all of your martial arts skills, general or specific fitness levels, agility & flexibility, cognitive behaviour and of course is a massive self-confidence booster. 

SMALL GROUP TRAINING & CIRCUIT CLASSES 

Are the perfect way to get fit in a friendly, safe and relaxed environment. Classes are specifically written so you can achieve all your fitness goals while having fun. 
 
We offer circuit classes 6 days a week, including a 'Mother's Bootcamp' where busy mums can bring their small children along with them in a safe friendly enviroment. 
 
Unity Martial Arts Academy is a permanently matted facility equipped with a wide variety of training equipment surrounded by 76 acres of beautiful park land which is ideal for all outdoor training too. 
 
There are punch bags, various weight machines and a host of other equipment. 
 
Circuit classes are a great way to; Lose Weight, gain fitness, improve your body composition, boost your self esteem and meet new people.

Martin understands hyper mobility and each individuals needs. Each session is carefully tailored to support your body while slowly challenging it without pushing you too far. In the 4 years I’ve trained with Martin he has helped me bounce back from severe back issues and two surgeries. I am now lifting my heaviest, not far off my goal weight and feeling really healthy. Sometimes the sessions even have a challenge or game thrown in to keep you on your toes!
